This photograph was taken by me about 2 years ago and is of my silly cat, Oliver. I feel this photo works because it’s clear enough for me to see the subject (Oliver) and context (him sticking his head in the empty parts bag, being silly) and takes me back in time to that moment. I believe a good photograph connects with you on a personal, mental, or emotional level. Reliving an experience through a photograph is powerful to me, and that’s why I selected this image.
